Services
I offer weekly 50-minute therapy sessions for individual adults age 20 and up. Sorry, I'm currently only accepting individual adults ages 20+ (but I do know some great therapists who may have openings for families, couples, teens, and kiddos, so please reach out if I can help with your search).
Looking for longer or more frequent sessions? Less frequent? Let's discuss that!

Fees & Insurance
In-Network Coverage: As of August, 2023, I am phasing out my insurance practice and I will only be accepting clients utilizing out-of-network benefits and private out-of-pocket payment. If you are a current client using your health insurance to cover or offset the costs of therapy, you are invited to continue to do so until our work together is over - please go to Headway for insurance billing questions and concerns.
Out-Of-Network Coverage: If I am not currently an in-network provider in your health insurance network and you have a PPO plan, you may choose to pay out-of-pocket for services and I can provide you with a monthly statement (called a "SuperBill") which you may submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement or credit toward your deductible (if applicable). Please note that, on your SuperBill, I am required to provide a mental health diagnosis for you, which could impact the cost of your insurance in the future. Unfortunately, I can not guarantee any SuperBill will be reimbursed or intervene on your behalf to contest a denial, so I recommend you speak to your insurer before we meet for more information on whether they offer out-of-network reimbursement, what psychotherapeutic services and billing codes they reimburse for, whether they reimburse for telehealth services, and their requirements and processes for submitting SuperBills if this is a factor in your choice of providers. Please let me know before we start treatment if you would like to receive SuperBills.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate: If you do not have insurance or choose not to utilize insurance to cover the cost of treatment, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the total expected cost of your non-emergency medical and mental health care will cost, including psychotherapy services. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
